I am the moment

I am the breath and life of my destiny

I am the moment

I embrace the richness of my heritage and I live the beauty of my dreams



I am the moment

I know the depth of my being – I bring joy to my struggle and prosperity to my journey

I am the moment

I bathe in the wisdom of my ancestors

I am the moment

I am not defined by the pain of my past nor am I skeptical about the uncertainty of my future

I am the moment

I look to my creator for the fulfillment of life and the courage to begin each day anew

I am the moment

I renew my thoughts with praise and invigorate my spirit with thanksgiving.

I am now, I am present, and I live … in the moment.
